ABOUT ARCADIA NEUROPSYCHOLOGY
At Arcadia Neuropsychology, we specialize in conducting presurgical psychological clearance evaluations via telehealth. Dr. Brian Klinck is licensed to practice in Arizona, Nevada, and South Carolina, and—through the PsyPact license—can evaluate patients in most U.S. states.
Dr. Klinck holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and brings extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient neuropsychological assessment. He has worked across diverse medical and psychological settings, providing in-depth evaluations to support treatment planning, surgical decision-making, and long-term care. His clinical approach combines evidence-based methodology with a deep understanding of the psychological factors that influence surgical outcomes.

Our dedicated team is committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We understand the critical role that psychological readiness plays in successful surgical outcomes. Our comprehensive assessments evaluate emotional well-being, cognitive functioning, and overall psychological health to ensure patients are well-prepared for surgery, recovery, and subsequent treatment.
Telehealth Services
To enhance accessibility, we offer telehealth evaluations to patients in Arizona, Nevada, South Carolina, and all participating PsyPact states. As of this writing, we are unable to provide telehealth services in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New York, and Oregon.
Why Choose Us?
Our team includes a licensed clinical psychologist and skilled clinical professionals with extensive experience in presurgical assessments. We are committed to delivering the highest standard of care and collaborate closely with patients to develop personalized recommendations that support optimal outcomes.
Following each evaluation, we provide a detailed report that can be shared with your surgical team to help guide informed decision-making. We also strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel safe, heard, and supported throughout the process.
